Roy, hails from Lebanon, where he grew up amid the chaos of a civil war. After surviving a devastating explosion, Roy resolved to dedicate his life to endeavors that truly matter to him. Inspired by a deep sense of purpose he founded Jobs for Humanity, a global movement dedicated to breaking down barriers and fostering inclusivity by generating employment opportunities for historically marginalized individuals.
