Frequently Asked Questions


How do I register for a learning course?

You must have an account to register for and access all courses. If you are not already a current or alumni CXR Community member and logged in, choose the Create Account link on the site. Or you can create an account the first time you register for an event. Click the Register button next to the course you would like to attend to start the signup process.

My company is a current member of CareerXroads. Am I able to take any of these courses?

Of course!  All of our learning courses are included as part of a CareerXroads community membership. If you're not able to access any of the published courses, make sure that you're properly registered and logged in as a member.  If you're having challenges logging in, check out our more in-depth community FAQ page here.

My company is no longer a current member of CareerXroads. Can I still take these courses?

CareerXroads offers a number of learning courses to current members, alumni, non-members, and referred friends. Currently, alumni members are able to purchase any courses currently available to the public.  As our library continues to expand you can expect to find free courses for varying memberships, both current and former.

How do I access my official certificate of learning after completing a course?

You can access your completed certificates via the dashboard link found on the learning homepage navigation in the middle of the page (not the top menu.)  If you think you have completed a course that is not reflected in your dashboard, contact us with the course name, the email address you used to login and complete the course, and an estimated completion date.

What are the recommended browsers and internet settings for the CXR Learning courses?

Your browser must support HTML-5. To detect your browser version, run https://whichbrowser.net/ Chrome, Firefox and Edge are continuously updated by their publishers.  For the best experience, use the most current version. Current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari 14 or later are currently supported.
