From a R&D perspective, she works on internal projects that aim to further understand the use of AI based assessments from a cultural lens, ultimately ensuring the development & design of inclusive assessments. Justine has gained international work experience in consulting and collaborated alongside senior management teams of multi-billion dollar organizations to support projects in strategy, organizational culture, as well as diversity, equity and inclusion.
